"I am ready to start your beautiful piece of woodworking,
which you can cherish and pass down as a family heirloom."

All work is made to order. An item ordered from this site typically takes six to eight weeks to complete. The completion date depends on our production schedule at the time of inquiry and or commissions can take longer, depending on the nature of the project.

Designs can be supplied by you, your architect/designer, by me or arrived at through collaboration. Creating custom pieces together offers a satisfaction that cannot be obtained by purchasing a store bought piece. I will gladly make any piece to your specifications a one-of-a-kind, heirloom quality piece that cannot be found anywhere else. You (the client) & I will work together with those involved in this collaboration: on the dimensions, wood species and design.

Conversations between you and I begins with a phone call or fax. I will remain in contact with you throughout the design process. There is a design fee if the project is more complex than pieces that I have already designed. This may mean that if we decide to design a piece similar to those that I have already made, the design fee will be minimal. When we have completed the design and finalized the drawings, wood species and construction methods, I will draft a contract. A contract listing all of the details and a payment schedule will be sent to you for approval and signature. I am ready to start working on your heirloom quality piece after I receive the signed contract and a deposit, which is half of the total piece price.

Given the nature and value of our pieces, it is critical to have shipping carriers that is sensitive to and have experience in the handling requirements of custom, heirloom furniture. All work is fully insured and is either blanket wrapped or crated. Some small items can be shipped via UPS or FedEx. We currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. I will deliver your piece myself depending on your location. Shipping charges are not included in the price of your hand-crafted items. Shipping is quoted as a separate, additional charge. Shipping estimates can be provided upon request.
